This Privacy Policy describes how COLORSPHERA (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our app.

We use encryption and industry-standard security to protect your data.
Your data may be processed outside your country. We ensure adequate safeguards.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We disclose when AI is involved. AI responses may not always be accurate.
We retain data only as long as necessary for our operations and legal obligations.
When you voluntarily upload your photos or “selfies” to Colorsphera, we process the image solely to provide personalized style recommendations, color analysis, and virtual outfit try-on features.
We do not generate, store, or use biometric data, facial recognition, or facial mapping technology. Your uploaded images remain private, securely stored, and are never sold to third parties. Most of the uploaded images are deleted from our encrypted cloud storage immediately after processing, and any remaining uploaded images are permanently deleted after a maximum of 72 hours.
Images will be securely stored only locally inside the app for the duration of your app activity, until you delete them within the app or you delete the app, after which they will be permanently erased.
Colorsphera uses third-party AI service providers (OpenAI and Fashn.ai) to deliver app features such as personalized color analysis, AI-powered outfit ratings, and virtual try-on functionalities.
When you upload images for these features, images are securely transmitted to these providers solely for processing purposes. Images are processed instantly, are not retained or stored by these providers after processing and then deleted from third-party servers upon completion in a maximum of 72 hours.
These third parties do not have permission or the capability to store, reuse, or disclose your images for any purpose other than delivering the intended service within the Colorsphera app.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of significant changes.
